AmiWeb v.1.3+ requires OLEv2.
This is available with the latest versions of Win32s as well as on its own.
To check that you have version 2 installed look to see if there is a file
OLE2NLS.DLL in you WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

If this file is present, version 2 is installed and you may proceed with
installing AmiWeb.

If this file is not present, you will need to install OLEv2.  This is
available from by anonymous ftp from:
  
  ftp.microsoft.com       /Softlib/MSLFILES/OLE202.EXE
  ftp.sunet.se            /pub/vendor/microsoft/Softlib/MSLFILES/OLE202.EXE
